- Teach you how to wash, cut, and store produce for max freshness and visibility.
- Prepare 1–2 freezer-friendly options (e.g. soups, burritos, cooked proteins).
- Set up systems for batch cooking, storage, labelling, and fast reheat.
- Walk through one of your favourite recipe packs together and customise it for your week ahead.
- Leave you with a prep plan, grocery list template, and rotation guide.
